New documents available for club directors to prepare for 2021-22 club volleyball season

As club directors, there are so many things to manage at the beginning of the year for staff and athletes. Tryouts. Memberships. Background screenings. Coaches. The list goes on and on.
We all know about a few things all athlete need to have when the walk in through your door
- Membership
- Concussion Form (required by state law)
- Medical Form (highly recommended but not required)
- Player information form (optional)
At the Badger Region office, we want to help club directors with a few other parts of running their club, too
- Club sanctions document (what can happen if your club does not follow Badger Region policy or a grievance is filed against your club?)
- Snow days suggestions (read about what other clubs do when deciding to cancel a practice or event due to weather conditions)
- Emergency information form (where are the AEDs located, how far is the closest hospital, who is CPR trained in my facility?)
On top of that, we want to remind club directors of the other must-know forms we have avaialble to guide you through the season
- Club Director Handbook (lots of policies that all club directors need to know)
- Age definition calendar (know what age an athlete is eligible for before you try to assign them to a team)
- Tournament Director Handbook (has policies coaches and TDs should all know)
