Nancy Paulson has experience in every aspect of volleyball – from being an accomplished collegiate player to administration to officiating. An All-American on the court and in the classroom at UW-Parkside and also a Hall of Fame member, Paulson has been involved with the Badger Region since its inception.
Paulson served as the director of junior player development for 14 years, also acting as an IMPACT instructor. She has held several different positions on the Board of Directors throughout the years and is also currently the Scorekeeper Chair and Clinician.
Paulson was the co-director, administrator and head coach of Great Lakes Volleyball Club in the Racine/Kenosha area, a club that placed several boys teams at the USAV Junior National Championships in the late 1990s and early 2000s.
Paulson has been recognized by the Badger Region for her service with both the Leif Storvik and USAV Meritorious Service Awards. Paulson is also very active in the process and implementation of the Badger Region Championships and several other tournaments around the region. She also received the 2017 Outstanding Clinician Award from the Junior Assembly of USA Volleyball.
