Terry Paulson brings a wealth of experience to Badger Region Volleyball Association as the Tournament Director, having held this position since 2003. He is a former commissioner when Wisconsin was the Lakeland Region and served as the Wisconsin Representative to the Great Lakes Region before Badger Region formed in 1994.
Paulson is a CAP I and II-level coach and is a former IMPACT instructor, also having held several different positions on the Badger Region Board of Directors and Executive Committee.
Paulson was the founder, administrator and co-coach of Great Lakes Volleyball Club in the Racine/Kenosha area, a club that placed several boys teams at the USAV Junior National Championships in the late 1990s and early 2000s.
Paulson has served on the camp staffs of the Badger Region and USAV National High Performance programs and previously coached at Racine Case High School, UW-Parkside and Carthage College. He has earned USAV JOV Outstanding Clinician, Badger Region Leif Storvik Service and Badger Region Meritorious Service Award recognition throughout the years.
His penchant for coffee and hand-written notes and charts has also helped the Badger Region Championships become the outstanding event that it is today.
