The Premier Volleyball League (PVL) is a grass-roots initiative to create a sustainable, successful indoor professional volleyball league in the United States for elite post-collegiate players.
Before the inception of the PVL, elite athletes were forced to play overseas to compete at a high level post-college. As the PVL continues to grow and thrive, U.S. players will have increasing opportunities to compete back home.
The Badger Region Volleyball Association is waiting for the PVL and USA Volleyball to work out an agreement and a structure for the future of this organization before it determines if it will fund a PVL team in the coming years.
