Rolf owns 25 years of head coaching experience. Her 427 career victories make her one of only 46 active coaches at the NCAA Division I level with at least 400 total wins.

Her commitment to understanding all facets of the game enabled Rolf to receive her Federation Internationale de Volleyball (FIVB) International Officiating Certificate in 2003, making her just one of 15 female international officials in the world. Rolf is a Professional Association of Volleyball Officials (PAVO) Hall of Fame member and has been a registered national volleyball official since 1990.

She most recently officiated at the 2016 Summer Olympics in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, which including being the second referee in the women’s gold-medal match. She also was the first referee for the 2016 NCAA Women’s National Championships that took place in Columbus, Ohio. The match featured a 3-1 win by Stanford over the University of Texas.

She worked as a line judge in both the men’s and women’s volleyball competitions (including the women’s gold medal match) at the 1996 Summer Olympics in Atlanta.

Rolf has been affiliated with a plethora of volleyball organizations, including the AVCA, NCAA, FIVB, PAVO and USA Volleyball to name a few and boasts experience in the club, collegiate and officiating realms.
