Up until Feb 12, 2018, Lehman was the three-term incumbent At-Large Representative on the Badger Region Board and is the Director of Operations of Wisconsin Juniors VBC. The Director of Operations position gives him experience in Tournament Directing dozens of tournaments each year. He is responsible for overseeing the operations of the 70-plus Wisconsin Juniors teams affiliate teams around the region.
Other experiences/responsibilities Lehman has or has had in his role with the Wisconsin Juniors include Practice Coordinator, Recruiting Coordinator, Summer Camp Director and Youth Clinic Director.
His time serving on the Badger Region Board has given Lehman the experience in knowing how strong the region is and helping in guiding the region to greater heights in the future. He continues to bring great value to the region board with his knowledge of club volleyball in our region, his day-to-day work with players varying from the very grass roots beginners to some of the most elite players in our region, and his knowledge in club directing and tournament directing.
Lehman’s perspective on the region is shaped by his 10 years as a club director and 20 as a coach, but also by his perspective as a volleyball parent. He has one son and one daughter, both of who play club volleyball.
