Secretary:

Pati Rolf

Pati Rolf owns 25 years of head coaching experience. Her 427 career victories make her one of only 46 active coaches at the NCAA Division I level with at least 400 total wins. Her commitment to understanding all facets of the game enabled Rolf to receive her Federation Internationale de Volleyball (FIVB) International Officiating Certificate in 2003, making her just one of 15 female international officials in the world. Rolf is a Professional Association of Volleyball Officials (PAVO) Hall of Fame member and has been a registered national volleyball official since 1990.

She most recently officiated at the 2016 Summer Olympics in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, which including being the second referee (R2) in the women’s gold-medal match. She also was the first referee (R1) for the 2016 NCAA Women’s National Championships that took place in Columbus, Ohio. The match featured a 3-1 win by Stanford over the University of Texas.

She worked as a line judge in both the men’s and women’s volleyball competitions (including the women’s gold medal match) at the 1996 Summer Olympics in Atlanta.

Rolf has been affiliated with a plethora of volleyball organizations, including the AVCA, NCAA, FIVB, PAVO and USA Volleyball to name a few and boasts experience in the club, collegiate and officiating realms.

Kim Wudi

Kim Wudi first became involved in Badger Region in 1997 when, as a junior in college, she coached a 16’s team for Eau Claire Air Volleyball Club. Wudi coached various levels for the club until 2006 when she took over as the director.

Wudi has witnessed and helped facilitate the rapid growth of club volleyball in Western Wisconsin, as Eau Claire Air grew from just six teams in 2006 to sixteen teams in 2011. She is also very excited to have other clubs either starting or growing in the area.

Though she’s currently transitioning out of club directorship, Wudi is still very involved in the operation of Eau Claire Air and is passionate about providing volleyball opportunities that “work” for busy athletes and families.

Wudi is currently the head volleyball coach at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, where she has coached since 2005 and directed the university’s summer volleyball camps and USAV tournaments. Wudi also works in the athletics department as an eligibility/compliance officer and event-management coordinator.

Wudi loves playing volleyball and also enjoys fishing, traveling and spending time with family and friends. Wudi lives in Eau Claire with her husband Jason and two daughters.

At-Large Representative

Jamie Anderson

Jamie Anderson has been involved in the sport of volleyball for nearly his entire life and as a club director and coach for more than 21 years. For the last five seasons he was involved with Racine Juniors Volleyball Club and has a great passion for spreading the message about the sport that has meant so much to him and his family.

“It is my belief that as club directors/coaches/parents/players we should always strive to create a life-long passion for the sport of volleyball in all the things we do. I believe this is consistent with the mission that the Badger Region promotes in the state of Wisconsin, and I would like the opportunity to serve and aid in whatever capacity I can.”

Anderson’s previous board experience also includes President of the Camp Delton Board of Directors, Vice President of the Camp Delton Board of Directors and President of the JMA Installation and Construction Services Board of Directors.

Scott Blackmon

Scott Blackmon is the current At-Large representative to the Badger Region Board of Directors and serves on the tournament committee for Badger Region events. He has been in the coaching world for 19 years and has experience in the middle school, high school, club, college and High Performance realms.

Blackmon’s coaching career started at Edgewood College. During his time there, he began a 10-year stint coaching with Lodi’s middle school and high school teams and joined the Wisconsin Select Volleyball Club coaching staff.

Blackmon transitioned to working with Milwaukee Sting 12 years ago and has remained with the club ever since. He stepped down as a Board of Directors member two seasons ago, but continues to serve as a coach. For the past 13 years, Blackmon has been involved with USA Volleyball High Performance programs at both the regional and national levels.

Regionally, Blackmon has head and assistant coaching experience at the High Performance Championships at the Select, Youth and Junior levels. Nationally, Blackmon has worked with the Youth and Junior A2 programs as well as the Select A1 program.

Blackmon has served as the head/lead coach at over 14 USA Volleyball High Performance camps sprawling geographically from New York to San Francisco. He has also spent time working at collegiate camps for programs in South Carolina, Alabama, Florida, Minnesota and North Dakota.
