Nancy Paulson
*Previous Board Experience: I have been a member of the Badger Region Volleyball Association since its inception. My first years of service were dedicated to the role and mission of the Junior Development Chair. Subsequently I have served terms as the Southeast Representative and the Vice Commissioner.

*Additional Information: I thoroughly enjoy, honor and respect my involvement in the BRVA and having served its’ membership in each of those capacities. I would like to serve a second term as the Southeast Representative. There are many initiatives that I want to contribute to bringing to fruition. It is very important to me to continue to support the establishment of our organizational foundation, advance programming opportunities, and enhance the experiences our membership. I take personal responsibility and am dedicated to adhering to the requirements of the role of the Southeast Representative. In my additional role as the Scorer Chair, I find it very rewarding to have advanced a program that has strengthened the skills of the BRVA referee cadre, club programs and players. My active involvement at BRVA and USAV events are among other avenues where I value utilizing my various Advisory and BOD experience on behalf of our membership.

Holly Vogelsang
*Previous Board Experience: Wisconsin Volleyball Conference (WVC), women’s division coordinator

*Additional Information: I feel that I would make both a valuable and unique addition to the Badger Region Board of Directors, because I’m involved at both the junior level and the adult level. I am currently in my first season coaching for Milwaukee Sting. While growing up, I played on Junior Club teams for three years, and have assisted a small junior club with administrative tasks since 2010. I am in my second year on the board for the Wisconsin Volleyball Conference (WVC), which is the conference for collegiate club teams in and around Wisconsin. Prior to being on the board, I played in the WVC for 5 years. I have helped grow and organize not only the UW-La Crosse women’s program, but the entire WVC as well.

I pride myself on being extremely organized and diligent on following up with open tasks. The insight I have about what it takes to run both adult and junior clubs, is a perspective I feel few others can provide. I have a passion for volleyball both as a sport and as an organized entity, and I would love to be able to add to our ever-growing region!
