They’re the six most important words you can tell your son or daughter about the sports they play. It sends the whole message; Enthusiastic, Supportive, Positive.

You may see wristbands around our region with the ESP message. We have one for you, if you can live by these three words as you cheer for teams, coaches and officials in our region. As a matter of fact, we have two of them for you; one for your wrist, and one to give away when you catch a different team’s fan using ESP. In fact give them both away, we will get you another one. Or two.
These wristbands are for fans, not players. Let’s take our cheering and our region up a few notches:
* Get a little crazy.
* Go the extra mile.
* Support your team with positive cheering.
* Recognize the good in your teams and others.
* Get way off the chain and clap when the other team makes a great play.
* We need good opponents to get better. Be that good opponent.
Put away the in-your-face cheers, actions and yelling, and hold others to the same standard.

If you are a tournament director and would like more information on how you can get your hands on some of the wristbands, contact the Badger Region Office.
The 2021-22 seasons marks the seventh year of the “Enthusiastic. Supportive. Positive.” program that encourages volleyball enthusiasts, specifically fans in the stands. Last season, tournament directors throughout the Region distributed close to 500 wristbands at events and tournaments, and we’re looking to hand out hundreds more. Then, at the Badger Region Championships in March and April, anyone who was awarded a wristband throughout the year, will be eligible to win Badger Region gear such as T-shirts, water bottles, mini volleyballs and other cool swag.
If you get one of our colorful “ESP” wristbands, come to the Championship Desk at the Badger Region Championships March 13-14, March 20-21, or March 27-28 to be entered in a raffle for the prizes. Anyone with a wristband gets one entry into the raffle. At certain points throughout the day, names will be drawn for the prizes. The only rule: You must have your wristband on at the time of the raffle to receive your gift.
