Pangborn has been with Southwest Milwaukee Volleyball Club for 16 years and serves as the boys club director for the program. The Badger Region High Performance Chair has coached boys ranging in age from 12s through 18s since 1999.
He has qualified 10 teams for various national tournaments. 2015 will be his third year with High Performance, during which time his team earned second place at the regional level in 2013.
Tom graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in 1983 and has been coaching volleyball since 1995. He is currently the fifth grade boys volleyball coach for St. Alphonsus.
